Role Overview
Alts Custodian is seeking a Customer Support Manager to support investors and financial advisors throughout the lifecycle of alternative investment custody and administration.
This role combines operational coordination, client support, and digital experience management. You will work directly with advisors and investors, helping them navigate account establishment, funding, investment processing, reporting, and platform integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support investors and financial advisors with operational and account-related requests
- Coordinate and manage online support interactions
- Serve as second-tier support for complex client issues
- Guide clients through account establishment and funding workflows
- Assist with alternative investment transaction processing
- Help clients navigate reporting and platform integrations
- Coordinate internally with operations and technology teams
